You're Invited to the Seventh Annual Día de los Muertos Caminata.

Join us for La Caminata, a 3½-mile march honoring the victims of La Matanza of 1915. This year, we also gather in solidarity to affirm and protect human rights—at home and around the world.

Sunday, November 1, 2026

• 9:00 a.m. – La Caminata begins at Heavin Park, 705 N. Bowie Street, San Benito, Texas.

• 11:00 a.m. – Wreath Ceremony & Human Rights Rally at State Historical Marker, Exit 16, U.S. Highway 77/83.

If you prefer not to walk, we invite you to join us at 11:00 a.m. for the Wreath Ceremony and Rally.

Participation is free, but we ask that you register by completing the brief online form linked below. Complimentary event T-shirts will be available while supplies last.
